USAG Level 3
This group consists of those
gymnasts competing in USAG
Level 4 Achievement and
Placement.  The USAG Level 4
program consists mostly of
gymnasts that have competed
USAG Level 3, although there
are a few exceptions.  This group
of gymnasts will be in the gym 6
hours per week.  The focus for
this group is presentation,
routine and skill development,
strength, flexibility, endurance and
skill perfection.  The fundamental
into more difficult skills.  
This group gymnasts will be
competing in USAG Level 3.  This is
the first competitive level at K2
Academy in USAG. This group of
gymnasts will be in the gym 4 hours

fundamentals of gymnastics is very
important in this group.  They will
compete in GYM STARS Meets.
