| GYMNASTICS Level I Ages Kinder-2nd & 3rd-7th Our Level 1 classes will focus on the basic fundamental skills of gymnastics. Forward and backward Rolls, Handstands and Cartwheels, Straddles and Pikes are just a few examples of the level. Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor and Trampoline will all be used in the class as well as the climbing rope. |
| GYMNASTICS Level 2 Ages Kinder-2nd & 3rd-7th After the skill set for Level 1 has been mastered, students are eligible for Level 2. More challenging skills will be introduced in addition to more conditioning and flexibility drills. Class focus will be on new skill mastery, performing skills in a sequence and focusing on perfecting basic skills and training the concept of technique. |
| GYMNASTICS Level 3 Ages Kinder-2nd & 3rd-7th Level 3 classes will focus not only on new skill mastery, but on perfecting the technique of skills learned in levels 1 and 2. We will also introduce gymnastics' dance technique (unique to either men’s or women’s gymnastics) and dedicate more time to learning routines. |

| Intro to K2 Sports Ages Kinder-7th Kindergarten - 7th grade who have of gymnastics, cheer, tumble and tramp or for those who took gymnastics as a preschooler but have taken a year or more off from gymnastics. This class teaches children gym safety and basic knowledge of all K2 Academy classes. |

Evaluations are available for kids that have had gymnastics at another gymnastics facility or a returning students that would like to be placed in a Level 2+ class. Evaluations will last 5-10 minutes. At the end of the evaluation, a K2 coach will advise you on the best fit class for your child.
