K2 Academy Families,
I hope this post finds you and your family well. We sent out our first series on GYMattress today along with some personalized greetings from our coaches. We hope you and your family are enjoying those. We will continue to send out daily videos on Facebook and via email to keep your little athletes active.
Following Governor Abbotts mandates early Thursday, we will be suspending K2 Academy classes (Gymnastics, Cheer, Tumbling & Ninja) through Sunday, April 5th, with intent to re-open on Monday, April 6th. We would like to offer two different options at this time so you can choose what is best for your family.
Option 1: A Mega Make-Up Token: once programs resume, your family will have 2 Mega Make-Up Tokens that can be used for classes, open gyms, skills clinics, or Parent’s Night Outs. Since we KNOW this period will pass, we have plans in place to offer day time classes and extra open gyms in the events schools are closed longer than businesses. Also, these Mega Make-Up Tokens will NEVER expire. This is the BEST Value and our recommendation.
Option 2: Account credit that will be applied towards April Tuition.
If you choose Option 1 (Mega Make-Up Token) you do not need to email us. Your enrollment during this time serves as documentation. If you choose Option 2 (Account Credit) simply email us at frontoffice@k2academy.com so we can apply the credit to your account and email you the receipt.
As the Governor stated, he is in high hopes that as Texans we unite together and follow these guidelines so that our lives can return to normal as quickly as possible. We thank you for supporting K2 as we support the employees that help make the K2 Family such a wonderful environment for our athletes and students.
