***COVID UPDATE: 12.4.20***

On Wednesday, December 2, 2020 the CDC updated its COVID-19 Quarantine Recommendations to include “Options to Reduce Quarantine” for persons who would be considered close contacts.
Per the CDC, the following are alternative options to a 14-day quarantine.  Quarantine can now end on:
* Day 10 without testing when no symptoms are present
* Day 7 with a negative test result and when no symptoms are present
K2 will now be allowing these quarantine options for our staff and athletes that are considered close contacts.
Additionally, per the CDC, anyone who has had close contact with someone with COVID-19 and who meets the following criteria does NOT need to stay home:
* Has had COVID-19 illness within the previous 3 months and
* has recovered and
* remains without symptoms

DROP OFF / PICK UP PROCEDURES FOR K2 CAMPUS: Preschool / Summer Camp / Child Care
Q: How will the drop off program work for Summer Camp students?

DROP OFF:

Will be in the front of the building for all Summer Campers.
We will take temperatures and check your child into Tadpoles when they arrive.
You will not need to come into the building.

Q: How will the pick up program work for Summer Camp students?

PICK UP for PRESCHOOL & DAY CAMPERS (9a-2p OR 9a-4p):
No need to park or even enter the building.
Call 281.655.7272 when you you are close, pull up to the front of the building and we will have your child ready at the door.
You will need to have your “K2 CAMPUS PICK UP TAG” hanging in your car in order to leave with your child.


PICK UP for FULL TIME (6:30a-6:30p):

Pickup for FULL TIME students will be a little different, as our curbside pickup is only offered at the 2pm and 4pm times.
You will need to park, enter the building and check your child out on Tadpoles.
We will then call your child up to the front office.
A K2 Campus Pick Up tag is only needed if you will be using the Pick Up line during the 2pm or 4pm time slot.

DROP OFF / PICK UP PROCEDURES FOR K2 ACADEMY: Gymnastics / Ninja / Tumbling

Q: How will the pick up and drop off program work for K2 Academy students?

DROP OFF:

Will be in the front of the building for all K2 Academy students whose parents are not entering the building.
A K2 Academy staff member will be there to greet them and will take temperatures at the door when they arrive.STAYING TO WATCH:
If you are a parent who is staying for your child’s class (preschool students required), you will park in the designated parking areas and enter the building with your child.
A K2 Academy staff member will be there to greet them and will take temperatures at the door when entering.
PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE ONLY ALLOCATED A CERTAIN NUMBER OF SPECTATORS, SO YOU MAY BE PUT ON THE WAITING LIST TO ENTER.
At the end of class you will be escorted out the back of the gym and be asked to walk the path to your vehicle.PICK UP:
You will pick your child up from North side of the building (near the dumpster) in our Pick Up line.
You WILL NEED a “K2 Academy Pick Up Tag” in order to get your child from that line.
You are encouraged to pick up that tag at the front office, prior to their first day.

You do have the option of parking and coming into the building (not encouraged) to pick up your child at the end of class. But, you will be asked to exit at the back of the gym and follow the path out to your car.
